    This package includes full Day-Of Coordination from Rachael, plus dedicated time beforehand to ensure your day runs smoothly. We’ll walk through your wedding plans together, finalize timelines, and coordinate with your vendors leading up to your big day.

    • One engagement session to review details and align expectations

    • A 60-minute review call 1–2 weeks before the wedding

    • Direct vendor communication one week prior

    • Full day-of wedding coordination by Rachael

    💲 Pricing: $2,500–$5,000
    Based on guest count, bridal party size, travel needs, and estimated hours.

  • For couples who want comprehensive support and seamless execution.

    This premium option includes everything in the Intermediate Package—with the added benefit of a second coordinator, an on-site venue walk-through, and facilitation of the ceremony rehearsal. It’s ideal for larger weddings or couples who want every detail accounted for.

    • One engagement session to review plans and set expectations

    • A 60-minute review call the week of the wedding

    • Direct vendor communication one week prior

    • A venue walk-through with Rachael to confirm layout, flow, and logistics

    • Two on-site coordinators for the full wedding day

    • 2-hour facilitation of the ceremony rehearsal

    🍽 Note: Additional fees apply for dinner coordination following the rehearsal.
