Our names are Josh and Dimarya Martin and we got married on June 14th, 2024 at Meadowbrook Farm Preserve in North Bend, WA. We picked the venue partially because we loved the venue displayed in the Love is Blind: Seattle season and this one is just down the street! 
The first step we made in our planning process though was to hire Rachael as our wedding planner. This decision was made because we had not only seen the level of events she had thrown previously but also because we knew her to be a person of high character and integrity who we could trust to guide us through the process and make decisions on our behalf when we needed them. 
Planning a wedding is a huge endeavor that is often done only one time and can be the largest event a newly engaged couple is trying to put on together. There are so many emotions, moving pieces, and people involved that hiring a wedding planner or coordinator is game-changing. An ideal planner is someone who has been there before and an advocate for the couple and their desires more than their own preferences. They are someone who, looking back, you realize you never could’ve done it without them.
This was us With Rachael.
Rachael met with us to talk about our dreams, preferences, and our desired collaboration. As a follow up, she created an individualized document with a personalized timeline of tasks, delegated tasks, and compiled suggestions for all the things we didn’t want to do… aka decor! When the size and number of the tables were different than we planned, she was the one who was able to resolve it quickly and thoughtfully.
Throughout the whole journey, Rachael was not only a logistical support but emotional and was always willing to listen and brainstorm on how to make our wedding a win, not only for our guests but for us. 
We are so thankful we chose With Rachael and we would highly recommend (and have…) her for anyone looking to throw an amazing event.
